Our Mission and Vision

Increased attention has been placed in youth football development in the recent years and there is definitely a rise in the number of local youths playing competitive football in Hong Kong. Hong Kong BOAS Football Club is one of the fastest rising local club that has captured the attention of many players, parents and coaches in youth competitive leagues. BOAS FC has achieved spectacular results in youth football in all youth age groups from U8 to U16 and hold top ranks in most of the major junior football tournaments in Hong Kong.

Coaching talented youth footballers to become professional

Fabricio has a strong passion for children’s football and thus started his career in developing youth football. Fabricio saw that there was a lot of talent in Hong Kong for junior players however, a lot of the talent often goes unnoticed or unrecognized.  The start of Hong Kong BOAS FC’s main aim was to provide a club for children of all ages to come for football training and to have some fun. BOAS started off with a mere 30 kids and have now expanded to have more than 300 children registered in the club for all ages.

 

From there the club’s mission has also expanded to include focus on developing Junior football training and development, providing professional football training for talented players, providing coaching to underprivileged children to further develop their passion in football, and BOAS FC serves as a pathway for talented players wishing to play in major Clubs in Hong Kong and overseas.

Serving the community

Along with the increase in reputation and public recognition of BOAS FC, it has received numerous supports from certain sponsors and using the sponsorship funds, BOAS FC have provided subsidies on the transportation costs, free training and equipment for under-privileged players.  It has also offered special scholarship to under-privileged players with potential to the Europe football camps. BOAS FC have also partnered with different NGOs to host different levels of tournaments for the youths in Hong Kong in the coming year to help to promote the development of youth football in Hong Kong.
